When we were introduced to the Cavendish group by an ex-client, we knew we’d do great things together. Their passion, enthusiasm and commitment to their brands and services was inspirational.

Cavendish Homecare Professionals provide high-end nursing care for patients in London and the South-East. Their standard of service and Outstanding care rating mean they come recommended by Harley Street consultants, with expertise in areas such as cancer, dementia, and palliative care.

Initially, we used the existing brand look and feel to drive awareness of Cavendish’s services by targeting affluent areas of London in local media. However, it became clear to us that the brand’s look didn’t live up to its premium positioning.

Becoming a brand guardian

With a new approach defined and agreed, we embarked on a complete update of the brand, starting with a fresh new logo and thorough brand guidelines.

As most of Cavendish’s clients interact with them at very traumatic moments in their lives, we wanted to convey a consistent sense of calm, underpinned by trust and professionalism. Every touchpoint with the brand needed to feel reassuring and hopeful.

Building trust through quality

Once this new brand look was settled, we designed and built a website which allowed Cavendish to deliver clear and concise messages to the families of potential clients in a simple, yet distinguished way.

This high-quality design style was followed through in a range of beautiful, printed brochures used by the brand at the face-to-face consultation stage.

Our seamless approach allowed the brand to move forward into a new and exciting era, with the opportunity for future growth alongside their audience.
