It started with a letter
The Royal British Legion has been an important client of ours since we grabbed the chance to redesign and rebuild their corporate CMS website in 2008.
And out of that opportunity came the chance of a lifetime…
Every One Remembered is, and always will be, one of our proudest achievements. Started by a simple letter the Legion received from a girl scout, Every One Remembered became an ambition to individually remember every one of the 1.1 million Commonwealth soldiers who gave their lives in the First World War.
Every One Remembered
Over the four year course of the Centenary, we successfully engaged the nation to leave 1.3 million messages of thanks, along with around 200,000 stories and photos. All shared with the world forever rather than being forgotten and gathering dust in shoe-boxes.
And as Armistice Day approached in 2018, we all gathered around a screen to watch someone, somewhere around the world, remembering the last of the brave soldiers who gave the ultimate sacrifice.
It’s a story that still gives us goosebumps.
